FAQ: What price are your products? ANSWER: If you are wanting the price of any of our products, just click into the image & pretend to buy, when selecting options you will find that the price of the product will change. Re-selecting a cheaper option will reduce the price. When clicking into the product we have pre-chosen a size & or material option for you, so if you would like a better option or cheaper option just select it from there.
FAQ: What size are your Height Charts? ANSWER:
2 Standard options: 210mm x 1020mm - 21cm x 102cm (1.02m) or 8¼ Inches x 40 Inches), with the ruler starting from either 50cm or 80cm (2ft or 3ft) & ending at (5ft or 6ft) 1.5m or 1.8m or
Large option: 320mm x 1600mm. (32cm x 1.6m)or (13inches x 63inches), with the ruler starting from 50cm or (2ft) & ending at 2m or (7ft).
FAQ: What are your charts made of? ANSWER: We have two types
1. Satin Silk Card Stock:- A beautiful resin coated paper, that enhances the waterproof ink colour & gives it a silky high definition look, that will impress everyone that sees it.
2. Fabric:- This is an OUTDOOR &/or INDOOR non tear, waterproof fabric, with a resin coated top that enhances the waterproof ink colour & gives it a silky high definition look, these are perfect for the little ones who tend to destroy things quickly or for those who want the BEST log lasting quality.
FAQ: What size are your Birthday Banners? ANSWER:
1. 210mm x 1020mm - 21cm x 102cm (1.02m) or 8¼ Inches x 40 Inches)
2. Approximately 320mm x 1020mm - 32cm x 102cm (1.02m) or 13 Inches x 40 Inches)
2a. Approximately 210mm x 1020mm - 21cm x 102cm (1.02m) or 11 1/2 Inches x 40 Inches)

FAQ: What are the Cycle Of Life™ - Prints ?
ANSWER: The Cycle Of Life™ prints are a unique invention designed as an alternative to plain photos, that give an array of information. They are vary in size & are available in a range of frames (See product details). We use a superior resin photo paper, with archival inks. So they will last. With every order you will get an additional print which can be put away for future use or given to a friend or family member if desired.
FAQ: What are the birth prints made of? ANSWER: We have 2 types
1. Satin silk superior photo paper - A semi-gloss finish 260gsm, complemented with stunning vibrant ink, giving it the WOW factor. (see product options)
3. Fabric:- This is a non tear STRONG, waterproof fabric, with a resin coated top printed with vibrant ink colour, high definition look, these will look stunning. They are sold with a top hanger with bottom piece if selected.
Proofing Terms & Conditions:
If you have selected to receive a proof, the following conditions apply.
- Selecting a proof can delay your order by up to 2 working days, so please do not select unless you have time for your order.
- You have up to 3 working days to approve the proof, otherwise it will be deemed to be OK & will be sent according to the time frame selected.
- Customers using a hotmail, livemail, gmail, yahoo or similar FREE email accounts should check their junk folder as emails are usually directed to this.
- We will not be held responsible if your email client rejects our emails, or the email address supplied is wrong or miss-pelt, furthermore it is your responsibility to contact us if you are concerned about your proof or other contact email, not having been received.
- Proofs usually take 1 - 3 working days to complete if you have not received a proof within this time frame please contact us otherwise it will be deemed to be OK & you order will be sent.
- Proofs not replied to within the time frame given (as stated above) cannot be claimed as not approved.
FAQ: Why can't I edit & proof directly Online? ANSWER: Our product graphics are very complexed & involve all sorts of shadings, backgrounds, blends etc... Even some the text or fonts are unique in design. We are the experts, you are paying for a quality product so let us do it for you. We will balance & fit so it does not go off the page or double type over its own text. We ask a small amount for a proof as these are involve turning a complexed .SVG (scalable vector graphic) file into .BMP (bitmap) file. However, rest assured if your spelling & details are correct you won't need one. The product you have chosen will be exactly the same, but of course with your details supplied.
FAQ: What payments do you accept ANSWER: We take all major credit cards, through our secure payment provider (Paymate) or PayPal, we can also process payments over the phone. Ph: (08) 8569 9951, (International Customers please send us an email message (see below) & we will get back to you as soon as possible, if you feel uncomfortable in using the Internet. We also accept PayPal & direct bank deposit for (Australian Shoppers Only), just select the payment option upon checkout.
FAQ:: How are they shipped? ANSWER: Charts & or Banners (except the cheap paper banners unless you chose other postage option) are carefully rolled into a heavy duty tube, with secure plastic ends and taped for security. If gift wrapping has been selected then tube is placed in plain strong waterproof satchel. Birth Prints (unless otherwise stated) are also placed in placed in waterproof satchel, wrapped securely in bubble wrap
FAQ: How long do they take? ANSWER: Products take 5 Working days to make UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, plus the postage time it takes to get to your area, however they can be printed & shipped *Same Day (if ordered before 10am working day AUSTRALIAN EASTERN STANDARD TIME) *extra charges & **conditions apply. See Terms & Conditions (here).

QLD - 3 to 5 Working Days Postage Time - EXPRESS 1 - 3 Working Days. Please add a few extra days if remote.
WA or NT - 4 to 7 Working Days Postage Time - EXPRESS 2 - 5 Working Days. Please add a few extra days if remote.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE TIMES:
Standard Postage time to United States is 5 to 7 working days Express 3 to 4 days (holidays & weekends excluded).
Standard Postage time to New Zealand is 3 to 5 working days Express 2 to 3 days (holidays & weekends excluded).
Standard Postage time to Great Britain is 7 to 12 working days Express 4 to 6 days (holidays & weekends excluded).
Standard Postage time to Rest of the world is 3 to 14 working days Express 3 to 6 days (holidays & weekends excluded).
FAQ: Where is my Item? ANSWER: All products are track-able (except cheap paper banners unless other postage method has been chosen) within Australia, (some other countries no longer allow tracking, however you can still contact the post office to find out where it is, with the number supplied), you will be sent an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by going to this link. http://auspost.com.au/track/ & enter the tracking number given.
FAQ: Do you give refunds? ANSWER: The PRODUCTS are made to order & therefore cannot be resold. If the spelling mistake was ours IE: If you submitted the name as Harry & we printed Hary, then we would reprint and send for FREE. Please Note: Before printing charts we normally check your submitted details & would contact you if we find an odd submission like, Weight: 2000kg instead if 2000g, but please understand that we can also miss these mistakes & cannot be held responsible if the mistake was made by you (customer), we normally offer a reprint at a special price for you. Always check your spelling & if you find a mistake please contact us ASAP so we can change the error. In non busy periods your products could be printed within a few hours, so please call us on Ph: (08) 8569 9951 during business hours. Refunds are only given if the product is faulty as per AUSTRALIAN consumer law.
FAQ: My product was damaged on arrival, what should I do? ANSWER: All our products are checked for any creases or faults. If the tube, satchel or envelope is not squashed or dented then please send us a photo of the product and we will be in contact with you to arrange a possible reprint. If the product arrives damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT or alternatively if it is only slightly dented write STI (subject to inspection) when signing for it. You may be able to claim up compensation through Australia Post.
Loyalty Points:Our loyalty points mean big savings for our customers. 100 points = $1. A purchase of $10 will give you 100 points, so that's an extra 10% off already reduced or discounted prices. You will need to create an account first (CLICK HERE). Please note existing customers who have received loyalty points but could not register an account for past purchases will need to contact us & we will find the order & allocate their missed loyalty points. Loyalty points are added automatically after purchases that have been paid for in full. Orders made by direct bank deposit will need to have purchases verified before discounts are given.
All & any specials available on this site including special events online sales like click frenzy: Special price discounts do not apply to the added extras or upgrades. Discount is applied to the base price only.**Same day print & next day dispatch only available on an Australian Working Day Monday - Friday, Excluding ALL Public Holidays, State Holidays and busy periods like Easter & Christmas (unless otherwise stated). Any order received out of hours, on a public holiday or weekend will be deemed to be received on the next working day.
Our aim is to deliver the chart promptly BUT WE CANNOT guarantee this, because of circumstances out of our control like power outages, breakdowns, weather and any other unforeseen events, that prevent us from printing or dispatching your item.
All products within Australia are track-able (except cheap paper banners unless other postage method has been chosen), tracking for international customers depends on whether their country allows tracking but customers can always check with their local post office for the tracking information. If sending by normal post, please be patient as it can take 1 to 7 days within Australia & up to 14 Days air mail to rest of the world. If we experience delays we will try to notify you. If you order Express the products will take 1 - 2 Working Days Within Australia & up to 7 Days Worldwide (see table above).
When placing your order you agree to the above conditions & further agree that you will not be entitled to a refund if a third party like (Australia Post) fail to deliver your item ON TIME.
